The Healing Heroes Program helps public safety officers who have finished Tarrant County's Public Safety Treatment Court. We provide financial aid, expungement assistance, and counseling services to improve their lives and job opportunities.
Why We Are Offering This Program
We created the Healing Heroes Program to support public safety officers by offering essential services. Our goal is to help them reintegrate into the community, feel more confident, and improve their job prospects and overall well-being.
The Impact of Comprehensive Support
Research has shown that holistic support programs play a crucial role in reducing recidivism and improving personal development. A study published in the Journal of Offender Rehabilitation found that participants in comprehensive support programs were significantly less likely to reoffend compared to those who did not receive such support. Additionally, counseling services have been linked to improved well-being and reduced recidivism rates.
Our program provides a supportive environment that fosters personal growth and successful community reintegration. By addressing these needs, we help public safety officers achieve their career and personal goals.

Expungement Assistance Subprogram
The Expungement Assistance Subprogram provides financial support for expunging dropped charges, helping participants improve their employment prospects and personal development. Our goal is to support public safety officers in overcoming legal challenges and enhancing their overall well-being.
The Impact of Expungement
Research has shown that expungement can significantly improve employment prospects and reduce recidivism. A study by the University of Michigan found that individuals with expunged records were 11% more likely to secure employment compared to those with criminal records. Additionally, the study indicated a 20% increase in average annual income for those who had their records expunged.
Our subprogram aims to provide a holistic support system that covers legal and financial aspects, fostering successful community reintegration.
If you or someone you know could benefit from expungement assistance, please contact us for more information.
